DRM 3.4.3.869 - Platform Bootable ISO - Stuck at 35%

I click Platform Bootable ISO, enter my model R550, and away it goes, until it gets to 35% and then it sits there, and I've been waiting for 2 hours now.

I can see in C:\ProgramData\Dell\drm\store it has downloaded about 1.8GB of data, but the job log doesn't help to show what it's doing right now.

Before it was on 3.4.3.869 I believe it was on 3.4.2.818, and tried it there. Did the same thing. I closed DRM down and restarted the service. Waited a bit, reopened DRM. The job was still at 35% but not long after went to Completed. And the ISO was created, about 1.9GB. But I didn't trust it. I felt I had interrupted it and could be missing something. So I completed the upgrade to 3.4.3.869 and it's doing the same thing.

Any ideas?
