Export as SUU fails

Question

Hi,

When i try to export Windows bundles to SUU, either as directory or iso it fails.

I have the latest version 730 plugins installed, both 32 and 64 bit.

I'm using newest repository manager 1.7.0.158.

The directory where it exports to is created correctly, but nothing more happens, it just reports "Error occured" while preprocessing the job.

It does not get into the Job Queue.

I can without any issue export linux bundles.

BrianNielsen, Can you provide details of which Windows bundle you tried to export to SUU form the latest Dell Online Source catalog? Thanks.

Hi Kumaran,

I have tried PE1950, PE2950, PER200, PER300, PER610, PER720xd.

There was another catalog update, and tried afterwards again, all fails.

EDIT: The bundles has version 474.

There is no log file being created in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\RepositoryManager\Log

Hi Brain,

We have detected one data issue in the current server catalog available at ftp.dell.com/catalog/catalog.cab. One of the Windows Bundle "System Bundle (Windows) PET105 v474" is missing the Date column. That is preventing an export from happening. The issue will be fixed with next server catalog that should be available in next two weeks.

To export any Windows bundle to SUU from current Dell catalog we suggest a workaround. You may export the required bundles to a NEW repository first and further attempt SUU export from that repository. While exporting your desired bundles to a new repository, be sure to exclude "System Bundle (Windows) PET105 v474" bundle. This one bundle may not be exported to SUU.

Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue.
