Repository manager is so slow
i only use repository manager occasionally, but in my experience over the last couple of years is that the product is getting slower and slower with each release. It takes a couple of minutes to launch. Clicking around in the app is slow to respond. When exporting bundles, when it needs to check if the plugin is installed it will literally scan for 5-10 minutes.
Does anyone else experience this? I have installed it on multiple servers, using multiple repositories. Everything i do in this app seems slow.

The Repository Manager initially takes some time to download the plug in from the secured server. Once it is downloaded, from the next time it will be faster when compared to the initial download because the plugin copy will be available in your local machine.

the plugin are already downloaded. It seem it takes the longest if i export to ISO. Not as long if i export to a directory

Mine is not fast, but not as slow as what you are saying. Clicking between items is fine.
