I can't say for sure, most likely something that was cached expired and was removed.

Hi,

Thanks for your question. This explains how it works.  https://dell.to/3jHbifx The SSD cache is filling up. You may want to move files, expire snapshots, if that doesn’t do enough you may need to call in and phone support can try to locate other places to save space.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hello, Thanks for your answer. However, I am not sure if I understood. It seems the link is for a device to purchase.

My question is about the "out of space", however, my storage is not full, I allocated almost 10T to use disks, but I am not using all of them. Maybe I can configure to reduce the amount of space that I allocated. I can sum all drives that I create and reduce the amount allocated. is that possible?

What kind of data is being stored on there? https://dell.to/40CTe6X and https://dell.to/3x4Sgma could be possible solutions if you are using it for VM datastores.

https://dell.to/3x4vxqw try the things in here. You may need to call phone support and have them go through the logs.

Yes, I have VMs on there. File Servers, SQLServer, App Server, Terminal Server all with Windows 2016 Server

Hi Josh, I don´t have nothing in Recycle Bin to delete. However, I can´t understand 96% of full, if my storage says I have 5TB free yet.

It is a cache folder, not your main storage, that is why it is usually snapshots or something else that is filling it up. If you can't find what is causing it you should call phone support and have them go through the logs.
