So looking at the screen shots that you posted it looks like the controller is failing to boot & log in. Can I get you to gather a support bundle from the working controller in MDSM and email it to me? Also can I get you to email the serial capture from the controller so that I can look into this for you? I will send you an email that you can reply to with the logs.
