Restoring an SP Boot Image AX100
We have an AX100 (Dual SPs) and one of them , SP-A, doesn't boot sucessfully. I've download the documentation and followed it studiously, but haven't had anything display on Hyper Terminal.
Has anyone ever had any joy on this? Any clues as to the exact settings Hyper Terminal needs to be able to display the console for the SP?
Just for some background, the SP indicator LED blinks once every four seconds, then once a second. Then it starts blinking at 4Hz for about 30 seconds before cycling back to once every four seconds. I took this to mean that the image it's booting from has corrupted, hence my attempts to restore it.
Any help greatly appreciated!

The settings should be:
- 9600
- 8N1
- no flow control
However, even though the Cisco serial cable looks the same (DB9-RJ45) it won't work; you have to have an EMC DB9-RJ45 cable.

Thanks - we had to order the correct cable...must've got thrown out in error at some point...
