Staring Snapshot Error

Question

Hello All,I have used the snapshot before and it worked like a charm, but after a long break now we are again trying to resume snapshot process for backup and now its not working for some reason. I tried goggling around but could find much.Setup :Storage: AX150iSource Server: MD1000 Blade (2003 Enterprise)Destination Server: MD1000 Blade (2003 Enterprise)Steps Followed:1) Registered destination server with storage box2) Created snapshot of source LUN 'SRCLUN' and assgined the snapshot to Destination server3) On source server Navesphere Server Utility -> Start Snapshot -> Selected 'SRCLUN' then I am getting following Error:Attempting to start session Snapshot of SRCLUN on device \.\PhysicalDrive2.Attempting to start the session on the entire LUN.An error occurred while starting session 'Snapshot of SRCLUN' on device '\.\PhysicalDrive2'.Error:  0x3E16001C (The array found is not supported)   I appreciate any help/suggestion. Hello all,

the problem is fixed by upgrading Navepshere utlity on source server to 6.20.

Please note you need to upgrade navesphere utility to same version on destination server also where you want to mount snapshot lun.
