vulnerability remediation / account permission

Hi,
You can try restarting the service. #esrs esrshttpdftp stop and #esrs esrshttpdftp stop
It also could be a network issue that is not letting it connect.

Hi Support,
May we ask what are prerequisites to proceed the download the version using web GUI? in case it didn't work the downloading.
