6 Beeps on Startup - No Video Display

PC working fine yesterday, today it won't turn on.
 
All i get is 6 beeps on startup and no screen display.
 
On the back panel, the A and B lights are orange and C and D green.
 
This indicates RAM failure, however, reseating both RAM chips hasn't done anything.
 
Have tested the monitor, it works 100%.
 
Dimension 8400
 
Anyone have any ideas?

Jeff, unfortunately I don't know what else to tell you.  Your model should have one USB port that is active all the time regardless of Windows.  That port would be on the upper right on the rear of the system.   If you're still not able to get the USB ports working via suggestions in the hardware forum, you could always consider installing a PCI USB card in the system.
