com ports

I have a new 4100C and need to have a com port.  How can I add this and not invalidate the warranty?

4100C? I don't see a 4100C listed. The 4100 does have one serial port. Adding a third party serial card will not affect your warranty.

It is a 4600C.  My typing needs improvement.

Looks like the 4600C doesn't have a serial port. Assuming you have an available slot, adding a serial I/O card will not invalidate your warranty.
