If you have the Resource CD, you can just reinstall the DellNet application. When you set it up and rerun the prog, the Dellnet will ask you for that secret Q&A that you setup the first time.
After that, it takes about 30 minutes for the account to reactivate (actually, mine took just 10 minutes)

Dellnet is my ISP, but I have found that many people, even though they use Dell computers, do not use Dellnet.
