Dell Vostro 200 Slim Video Card

​Could someone recommend a video card replacement for the Vostro 200 Slim? I have the built in one that shipped with the machine and whenever I go to any website with heavy flash the performance creep and the fan sounds like an airplane taking off. I am not looking for anything for gaming, just a general upgrade and one that will allow me to use DVI or HDMI.​
