Dell Vostro 200
I have the Vostro 200 slim with 300W in the mini tower casing. (Note : Only thing changed/added was two 512[I think, around there]MB RAM memory cards. Swapped out the 250W from the slim with the 300W from the minitower. Also switched the slim casing with the mini tower casing).

As you a Mini tower case, the Galaxy 210 Series NVIDIA GeForce 210 1GB DDR2 PCI Express Graphics Card, will work fine with the 300w PSU.

Hey, quick question. Instead of the GeForce. Will it run the VisionTek - ATI Radeon HD 5450 2GB DDR3 PCI Express Graphics Card?

Yes, the VisionTek ATI Radeon HD 5450 2GB DDR3 PCI Express Graphics Card should also work.
