How do I contact Dell's corporate office? Please help?

Our company have been a loyal dell customer for years.  As I office manager it is my responsability to purchase all necessary equipment for the firm. We are mid-size Manhattan law firm and have about 25 dell desktops in the office. When senior partner decided to upgrade his desktop, based on our IT person, in June of last (2012) year I bought Optiplex 9010 All-in-one. It started acting up a few months later, but with twicks from ou IT guy it was working fine. Last month it start freezing up over night. Because as an attorney, my boss works a lot remotely, so he can't shut computer off, but always makes sure that he logs off. Because his machine keeps freezing up, he can't log remotely and even when he comes in, the only way to wake this machine is to unplug, plug it back and only then it would turn on.

I called customer service because I had contacted Tech support 3 times and they keep telling me the same things that don't work.  Since tech support couldn't help me fix this issue, I asked them to replace this machine. I explained to them that I give Dell alot of business, we have small business account, where I bought many pc's and servers from dell. The customer service rep said that he would transfer me to tech support.  When I told her I've been there 3 times in the last week she said she would send me over but stay on the line and explain my issue.  After being on hold for 30 minutes I was hung up on. Although I gave my contact phone number, nobody bothered to call me back.I wanted to contact the coporate office to let them know that they lost a customer that spends alot of money with them every year but can't find the number. Dell already lost a loyal customer but I wanted to at least let someone know at corporate support that this has happened so it doesn't happen to someone else.

cshzlaw,

* The 9010 should be connected directly to your network via the rear RJ-45 network connector

* Restart the 9010 and go into the Bios
* Under System Configuration- Integrated NIC, set this to Enabled w/PXE
* Under Power Management
- USB Wake Support = Enable
- Wake on LAN = Enabled LAN only
* Exit the Bios saving your changes

* Open Power Options by clicking the Start button
* Click Control Panel
* In the search box, type power options, and then click Power Options
* Under Select a power plan, click Show additional plans, and then click High performance
* Go to Start- Control Panel- Performance & Maintenance
* Select System
* Click the Hardware tab and select Device Manager
* Go to Network Adapters and click the + sign
* Then right-click the Ethernet device
* Select Properties
* Under the "Power Management" tab, check the box that says "Allow this device to take the computer out of standby"

I have bought plenty of computers from DELL and have known that if I purchase anything from here, that I will need to buy and extended warranty on my products. In Aug. of 2011 I purchased a XPS and a V515w printer and also added 2 yr warranty on both items, since these would be for my daughter to do school work. Now that she is having issues with her printer and I call, and of course they say I only have 1 yr warranty and it is expired. Yet I know I had extended the warranty on the printer also and not just the laptop. When I called, I spoke to 4 different people and each of them kept giving me the same info and I already knew this information. My printers ink is full, I have tried cleaning the printer heads, and have done everything on my end that I can without messing up  the printer anymore. When my daughter uses her printer on a daily basis, and the printer cannot seem to show all the letters or pictures on the page, I believe that is an issue that needs to be resolved since these systems are not cheap. I am very upset because I have been a loyal customer for many years and have bought all my computers and printers with Dell and it seems like I never have a solution to the problems that I get with these systems. This is not the first time that this has happened and never have I been transfered to a manager when I ask to speak to one. I believer from here on, I will go ahead and cancel my account with Dell and move on to another company that will give me the support that I need when I purchase systems that cost up to $3,000.

Never again will I purchase from this company. I will be sure and ask about the technical support before purchasing from anyone else since Dell has made it bad for everyone.

Inkjet Printers are designed to be disposable and the Cost of a new printer from Many Vendors is not anywhere near $3000.

A brand new one with Ink is $130.

@dlsmith10608 - Posting your printer problem here in a totally unrelated thread won't help you fix the problem.

Suggest you start your own, new thread with just the technical details about the problem in the Printers forum. Be sure to include exact PC model, version of Windows, exact printer model, and software (eg Microsoft Office, etc) that's being used to print.

Also explain in your new thread what you mean by it "cannot seem to show all the letters or pictures on the page".  Do you mean they're running off the edges of the paper or some things don't print even though they should fit on the page? Are the items that go missing always in the same place on the page or is it at "random" locations? Are the missing items all the same/similar color?

Have you tried a new cartridge, even if the old one still has ink? It might just be a defective cartridge...
