Inspiron 20 won't boot
I have an Inspiron 20 that's a little over a year old. I woke up yesterday morning to a yellow screen with the circle of 'balls' like it was trying to finish an update...there are no words on the screen. I let it keep going, but after several hours tried to repower it, no luck...tried multiple times & it always gets 'stuck' at that screen. I let it go all night in hopes it would work it out, but it's still doing it. Help!

Thanks for writing to us.
What operating system is the machine running on ?
If the system is on windows vista, 7, 10 try loading safemode and check if it loads. If it loads, do a system restore to a previous date and let us know how it goes.
