Intel Integrated - Transform Shade & Lighting (T & L)?

​ I have a Dimension 2350 with Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics. Many of the high end games now marketed require T & L capable video cards. Does the Integrated Intel have this capability? ​

​ I have loaded (and am able to play) Ubisoft's Rainbow Six - Athena Sword, which states a minimum requirement for T & L capable video card. With other games, a get a message that my system is incompatible with minimum game requirements. ​
