Need a CPU cooler for a Vostro 200

I need a decent CPU heatsink and fan for a Vostro 200, my cpu get about 67C under Load. Im currently using a cheap thermal compound, but have ordered artic silver 5, but im looking to decrease my CPU temperature.

Need a bit of advise, as the vostro 200 is quite small and the CPU is close to the PSU.

Please help.

Ummmmm

67C under full load is a pretty good CPU temp if you ask me

If it is the mini tower the Zalman 9500 heatsink fits.That it what i use in mine.

How do you check the CPU temperature and what kind of CPU do you have installed. I am thinking about upgrading to E6550 and wonder if the factory fan is enough. I currently have E4400 that runs at 37-40 in idle and I have not seen it go above 50.
