Net Agent Server

​ Does anyone know what a 'Net Agent Server' is??? When trying to connect for ​​live help ​​I keep getting "Connection to the Net Agent Server has been lost. Will attempt reconnection in 10 seconds." But then in 10 seconds I get the same message again. ​

​ I have XP Home, with Outlook Express. Future thanks for any help. ​​ ​
