New heatsink for dimension 8200

​ I have a dimension 8200 and I have been having problems playing the games that I used to play. The fan on my video card does not spin freely when you try spinning it yourself and the heatsink is very hot. I was thinking about replacing both but do not know what kind or what size to get because I do not know much about computers. If anyone can help me it would help a lot.....THanks!! ​

What kind of video card you have?

whoa never seen one like that haha.  this is the fan that goes onto my video card right? i'm pretty sure but i wanna make sure before i purchase.

when i try to manually spin the fan on my graphics card it maybe goes around a couple of times. should i get a new fan too or no?

This comes with everything you need.  It even cools the memory chips...which you just bought.

It goes around the video card yes.  Look at the web page that is linked and make sure it will fit your card.  I didn't go that far.  I saw it was for the TI series and that's it.
