Loads the MSN Explorer Query Manager--a waste of resources and bandwidth. (It is also used by MSN Explorer 6.x to check for updates.)

After my install of IE 6, Q Mgr showed up. With Q Mgr turned off while running IE 6 and Win 98SE, does it do anything except warn me about "critical updates?" Is there any reason to let it run?
