Tony01,

What video card did you get with the 4600?  there are 2 that I know of that support TV output that come preconfigured.

If i remember correctly, Both of these require an intermediate cable that comes with the video card.  it connects directly to the card and breaks into differnt components (ie Composite or S-Video).

Secondly, you may need to configure the video card's software to facilitate the output to TV.  Though you may have connected it correctly, you need to tell the computer to put the info over the cable.  Just find the same spot you would change the resolution for your monitor, and click the "Advanced" button.  Somewhere in here is the common spot to enable TV output.
