Using an old Dimension 4700 case for a new custom computer

I'm not sure if I'm technically allowed to ask this, but I thought I'd try anyways. I have an old Dimension 4700 that I would like to keep, but it is completely outdated. I was thinking about striping everything out of the case, and using the case for a custom computer. I was just wondering if the Dimension 4700 case would be compatible with a modern ATX motherboard, and if the front IO and power button would still work if I were to replace it (with a MSI - Z370-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard in case anyones wondering). I've looked at the users manual, and not surprisingly I couldn't find anything about the connector type for the front IO, and just wanted to ask if anyone knew anything about it.
