Vostro 200 Cant turn it on...

​ Hi, i just got my new Vostro 200 mini tower and it seems to be somethig wrong, a continual ambar light apears on the power up buttom, the manual says that there is a power supply problem or another hardware problem, i did check the conections and everything looks fine, my power supply is 115V and it works too, what i can do to fix this problem?. ​
