Wake On Lan not working on Optiplex GX150's and 240's

​ I have wake on lan turned on in bios but it still is not functional. This is happening on all the GX150's and 240's. I have updated the drivers and flashed the bios. I know there was an issue with the 3Com 3C90x cards several years ago but I don't remember what it was. ​
