There's no way for us to get the system password for a Dell machine once it's set. If you have physical access to the system you can reset the BIOS settings (including password) via removal of the CMOS battery. This KB will help you with that process.

Normally there is not such sources. Maybe you can use your email to get new password. you can change your BIOS to change the password.
