Compact task failure problems

Question

We are moving from Diskxtender for Windows to Celerra and Rainfinity FMA so I need to get all our data back from our Centeras to our Windows file servers to migrate it to Celerra. If so what did you do to fix it? I've seen the knowledgebase article about this error code - it is fairly useless. Thanks, Sheppie

Hi...error 16636 (XERR_QUERY_RESULT_INCOMPLETE) is a Centera issue.
please log a new Centera Service Request and request to generate a list of all the DX file clips in the Centera and storing that list as a single object (content address) on the Centera.
