Connection refused

I am configuring DX-NAS for Windows for Celerra NS20. I have configured NAS for source and destination. On DX, I can create destination but when I want to create source, it gives the error:

Please enter valid data. java.net. ConnectionException. Connection refused: connect.

On the first screen, I have entered the hostname for the source CIFS server with NAS filter option as EMC Celerra DART and the next screen with username and password.

What could be going wrong here? Please suggest.
