CIFS-ECS Tool -- File will not upload to ECS

Hi,

I have CIFS-ECS set up and configured.  I have tested and I am able to save files to the share, and I was able to watch the transfer status and see it transfer live.

However, today one user tried to save a file that was less than 1KB and it is stuck saying it is uploading.  I clicked on Force Upload and then the button went gray, yet the file has not uploaded to ECS.  Since this was a test file for that user, we thought maybe we could delete it, but it will not delete.

How can we get it to either upload or delete?
