I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to explain with regards to the VRFs.
However, if you are looking to separate access methods for different use cases and using different data API's, this can be done at the load balancer level, without any issues.
This allows you to have LB VIP's on particular networks, for particular use cases. However, having said that, any S3 protocol VIP will allow accessing S3 data (depending on the user credentials passed of course).
If my explanation does not cover your question, please be a bit more specific on the requirement and the issue you're facing.
