ECS RPO Very High

Hey all, I'm having an issue with my GEO replication status on the dashboard. So far what I'm seeing is that the RPO pending data rate is stuck at 1.3 TB and the "failover progress" is stuck at 0% progress. I have already tried restarting the VDC and running the RPO cleanup and that did not seem to fix the issue.

Which ECS version and which service console version are you using? Is there enough free space for the replication to occur?

I'm running ECS version 3.8 on the EMC service console. There is definitely plenty of free space for replication

Thanks, you already have done the two best troubleshooting steps. The best option is to call phone support. You may also want to check to make sure connectivity is working and none of the traffic is being blocked by a firewall. Is there a time difference between nodes? Stopping and restarting the ntp server may help.
# service ntpd stop
# service ntpd start
