ECS Sync - Clip list generation for CAS bucket migration

Question

For a CAS bucket migration, we use ECS Sync. First we should generate a clip list from the source CAS bucket. This buck contains 4,4 billions clips. And we reach a 39'000 clips/hours with command java -jar JCASScript.jar (querytofile). At this observed speed, it is going to last years... only for the the clip list generation. Can we  skip that step? How can we speed the generation? Thanks
