Since one or two days, I cannot reach portal.ecstestdrive.com. Is this planned? will it ever be up again?

Any update on dell ECS TestDrive availability? I have been unable to access the portal (portal.ecstestdrive.com) for the past 2 days. Application fails when trying to POST to https://object.ecstestdrive.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
