using Centera through ECS for HDFS cold storage

Is it possible for ECS HDFS to be used to put files onto an underlying Centera ?

I don't want to use Centera as CAS within ECS - I want it to look like Atmos in order for HDFS to be used.

Does that make sense ?

Effectively - re-deploying a Centera no longer required for retention but suitable for HDFS cold storage policy.
