ViPR /ECS/ESRS

HI

Does anybody know or have done ESRS setting with ECS with VIPR ?

if so ... please share how to kind of info as I have no Idea if ViPR monitors the ECS that,and  means only ViPR need to be setup for ESRS ?? or to get SR created  against ECS and ViPR ... this would need for each device to ESRS setup ?

Also does anybody knows ECS will creae SR any how ?
