Alienware X51 Not Responding

I just bought a refurbished X51 windows 8 based Alienware ... But just right after minutes from running it the system started not responding i can't open anything ... tried restarting same thing happens everytime ctrl+alt+del dosen't even work ... Tried making a recovery image and i got the same thing .. finally tried recovering with the disc came with the pc it says can't find the recovery media ..... What can i do right now ?!!!
