I have an Administrator (Setup) password set in the BIOS.  I created a new EXE from the Command Configure GUI using that password.  I enabled the TPMSecurity and the TPMActivation settings.  I cleared the TPM on the client laptop.  When I run the resulting EXE, nothing happens.

What am I missing?
