I used my webcam a few years back but haven't used it until now.  When I try and open my webcam, I get this message...

 "No supported webcam driver detected.  Please install the webcam driver using the Dell Resource CD and launch Webcam Central again."

My CD drive does not work.  I attempted to download it directly, and thought I had successfully, but I still get this error.

Any clues???
