E6400 SIM slot Internal Error 23000 message
Hi,
Looking for a way to enable the Dell 5540 HSPA mobile broadband slot on my E6400. Active 3 network SIM installed. Try to connect and get nothing. Check the modem and it says that its been 'removed'. Downloaded driver and on instal I get the message 'Internal error 23000.....minicard cannot be installed on this computer'. The card is active and I know of no licensing option etc to use mobile broadband on this laptop. Any assistance appreciated to get this working.
