Take the Dell Data Protection | Security Tools. Expand it out, and you'll have a single installation file. "Open this archive" (I used 7-Zip) and extract the Dell ControlVault Software Update folder.
From here, I used "Version 3.x" and ran the "Dell_CV_SW_Update" appropriate for my OS.
(If you'd like the "Security Tools," you'll need .NET Framework 4.x, and you can simply run it, as is.)

I'm looking at the same:
Earlier models used the Dell Data Protection driver set, but that appears to have changed with the E7200-series. Still trying to figure this out...

As the drivers load, you should see them change to the following:
Try running the entire Dell Data Protection | Security Tools installation and see if you are still having trouble.
