Issue Imaging E5450 Through SCCM

My school district recently acquired E5450 laptops and my job is to see they image properly via SCCM. When attempting the imaging process, the laptop fails to connect to the SCCM task sequence menu.

the PXE boot process seems to function properly and the laptop downloads the initial boot file. the problem arises when the laptop reaches the stage where I would be logging into access the task sequence menu.

All pertinent network and hard disk drivers have been added to the boot file.

We rely heavily on Dell products in our district and this is the first product we've received that we've been unable to image.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
