Dell Equallogic 6000 series

On our storage environment we have a member in the group that is completely offline. Can't access it through management interface. Checked the network interface and everything is working. This member is the only one down on the switch. Checked module 10 cards and they both act like there going to work but then just cut off, no fiber link lights. Amber light on the back  next to this symbol (~)  I'm out of ideas need help Please!!
