Hello captainjamestikirk,
Thank you. If you launch Host Integration Tools from the host it is installed on you will be able to see the version number there.
Can you let me know the current firmware version you are currently on?
Then we can suggest which version to upgrade to.

currently on 9.09, but may be upgrading to 10 sometime soon
