Multiple PS groups in the same subnet

Is there anything wrong with having two PS series groups (and therefore their members) in the same /24 subnet and same VLAN?  We have a PS group at one site we are relocating to another site that already has a PS group.  We would like to just leverage the existing networking and VLAN setup we have so I just want to verify it is not a problem to do this.
