Need to reset password from Equallogic PS4100X
sHi we have an Equallogic PS4100X that was configured almost 5 years ago, and we need to restore the grpadmin password, could you help us with this process?.

Hello,
You will need to call support to get this accomplished. You need to be connected via the serial port to the active controller.
Even w/o a contract they should help you get it reset.

I can signed that. There is a challenge responce inbuild into the EQL and the support can help you. It may take some time to get the right supporter who knows about :)
