Hi Don, Thanks for your reply, and i need to know the step,1). disable DelayedAck ? 2).install Dell MEM ?(What is this?) 3).change the IOs per path to 3 from default of 1000.? and then ? i will read the PDF file, Thanks! Ken
The MEM manual also offers the option to install it with the VMware Update Manager. You'll want to create a baseline and then you attach it to each of the hosts. Now you remediate and apply the updates. The remediation will require the host to be in maintenance mode.
If you are running an Essentials, Essentials Plus or Standard VMware license, installing MEM isn't an option (VMware licensing restriction). In that case you'll want to use Round Robin and change the IOs per path value to 3 like Don mentioned.

Then I can try,1). disable DelayedAck ? 2).change the IOs per path to 3 from default of 1000.?

Hi Dev Mgr,
Thanks for your reply,
I try to use the VMware Update Manager, and create a baseline and then attach it to each of the hosts,
But it show the (?), I don't know what the problem?
I will select some time to remediate it, Because I only have one EQL.
PS.I have Enterprise License for VMware vSphere 5.5

But why vsphere show "performance has deteriorated" warning, too ?

I will try this to check DelayerACK,Then report to you~
If installed MEM,Then I need to delete "Static mappings" all link,
And setting disbale DelayerACK and Login_timeout to 60
