Upgrade firmware for a single disk
Hi Guys,
I am quite new to EqualLogic storage so need your advise. I have an array that has some disks with outdated firmware. What is the best way to update the firmware? Preferably without a downtime.

Thanks dwilliam62 for your response. Currently the group firmware is 5.0.2 and one of the HDD has firmware version ED09. Errors are being generated that this is not compatible. The disk with firmware ED09 is a spare disk. Am I right to believe that this disk will be useless in an event of another disk failing?

Thanks again. Yap I have logged a support case and have sent all the logs. Just waiting for a response from them now.
