Dell.com website causing issues for UK

I don't know if there's a reason for this but people in the UK are experiencing huge amounts of spam ads for Black Friday sales for whatever reason that should have ended like seven or eight months ago yeah they're getting spammed these ads instead of being able to access the Dell rewards page or the deals savings page they can't even access their earned Dale points because of these ads it's it's taking them on a spam filled vacation
