DELL Equallogic Replication PS4100XV

Hi

I just want to know if I can configure Replication for every 30 mins or 15 mins. The replication distance is only 300meters between the 2 EQL, the cable to use is purely fibre optic.

Can you help explain the RPO for this setup if the setup is asynchronous.
