Technically you can have up to 8 members in a group so if you had 8 of the PS6500 arrays with the 3TB drives you could reach the amount of space that you need. However When you start getting into that much space needed for your data you may want to start looking into the Compellent line. For example the link below is for the new Compellent array.

So it sounds like the guideline of 200TB+ being when Compellent fits the puzzle better still holds true.
Not real familiar with the Compellent line, what features/technologies make it more suited to high capacity environments than the Equallogic series?
