EqualLogic PS5000 managment problem
Hi,
We have a Dell EqualLogic PS5000.
I've just logged onto it using the Group Manager and I'm not longer able to view the storage pools, Members or volumes, both are stuck saying "retrieving data".
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm in a world of bother without it.

I'm unable to check what version of Firmware it is as it wont show on both the CLU or GUI.
I'm also unable to get any of the details from the CLI
We have Java 7.21

Firmware version is 4.0.1
